It is heartwarming to see so many of you dear brothers and sisters make everyeffort to attend the convention despite challenging health issues. The followingarrangements have been put in place to ensure that you receive as much care aswe are able to provide.Delegate Assist A dedicated team of brothers and sisters will be on hand to offerpractical assistance for any with mobility challenges, making their way from the carpark area to the Arena. This may take the form of assisted walking or wheelchairuse where appropriate, however if you have any additional requirements please letyour congregation secretary know.Elderly and Infirm Seating A section of seating will be reserved to accommodateelderly and infirm brothers and sisters over the age of 65, however marriage mateswho are younger, are welcome to sit with their partners. This section will beserviced by brothers and sisters ready to offer assistance as and when required.Should we enjoy warmer temperatures than usual cold drinks will also be on hand.Assistance for the Hard of Hearing A deaf loop system will be in place to helpthose with hearing problems. The attendants will direct you to the area where thesystem is operating. Additionally the program will be transmitted on 87.7 MHz FMfor any wishing to use headphones.Wheelchair Users Spaces for wheelchairs will be located towards the rear of theground floor seating area. Along with each wheelchair an additional chair will beplaced to allow for one carer. Due to limited space, additional seating won’t beavailable. However if you have any concerns regarding this please speak with yourcongregation secretary. All wheelchair spaces are required to have acorresponding ticket.
